The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is currently conducting its extensive physical and endurance testing cycle for 1,394 executive positions (BS-14 and below). The newly formed Review Boards are not meant to offer general re-tests. Instead, they serve as a strict legal avenue to address genuine, on-site technical errors made during physical evaluations.
The appellate boards are exclusively accessible to:
- Measurement Grievances Only: Candidates who physically appeared at the venue but have a strong, legitimate objection to their official height or chest measurement.

📝 Critical Grievance Submission Rules for Candidates
If you encounter an issue with your chest or height measurements during your test, you must follow the agency’s official protocol to have your case reviewed:
- Same-Day Written Application: You must submit a formal, written application addressed to the Chairman of the relevant Review Board on the exact same day your physical test is conducted. Late applications submitted after leaving the venue will not be accepted.
- Strict Limits on Running Appeals: Height and chest measurements can be re-evaluated by the board if a valid error is found. However, running tests (Endurance Testing) will not be re-conducted under any circumstances. The board will only review the official video recordings of the running tracks to verify a grievance; physical re-runs are strictly prohibited.
- On-Site Assistance: Zonal Recruitment Boards are legally required to help aggrieved candidates access their event data, including physical test records, attendance logs, and video clips, to ensure a transparent review process.
