FIA Assistant (BS-15) selection process
First, candidates have to pass a written test. This test is MCQs-based and usually includes English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Basic Computer Knowledge, Islamic Studies, and Analytical Reasoning.
After clearing the written test, shortlisted candidates are called for an interview. The final selection is made on the basis of written test marks and interview performance.
